Sir Anthony Seldon
We are delighted and honoured to announce that Sir Anthony Seldon has very generously accepted our invitation to receive the 4th GCGI Award for Public Service in the Interest of the Common Good and to deliver the Keynote Address at our 13th GCGI International Conference, which will take place from 31 August to 4 September 2016 and be hosted at Waterperry House, near Oxford.
Sir Anthony, in his national and international work, has provided the leadership to galvanise all around him into a life of service, study and scholarship. With his farsighted vision, he has embraced the concept of values-led education, and caring for others by championing happiness and wellbeing.
It’s clear to all that Sir Anthony cares deeply about the common good. He has guided the youth, his students and all those who have known him to the light of the world. He continues to encourage and empower others to discover their own potential for change and to evoke their hidden strengths to bring more goodness into the world.
