*Registration and Fees  

(Please kindly note: School of Economic Science is a registered charity, and a non-profit-making institute.  The philosophy and ethos of our host, which is in line with the values of the GCGI, is based on volunteerism and service for the common good. Therefore, it is important to appreciate this, whilst noting the fees.)

Full Conference Fee

 (Wednesday 31 August–2 pm to Sunday-mid-day-4 September 2016)

Package A: All inclusive

To cover accommodation (Full Board), admittance to all presentations, conference bag and printed programme, breakfasts, buffet lunches, morning/afternoon coffee-tea breaks, dinners, and Conference Gala Evening Dinner/Classical Concert/ GCGI Award Ceremony, and the "High Tea"  on the afternoon of Friday 2nd of September to launch the GCGI Storytelling Project)

(Please note: Accommodation is limited, and thus early booking and payment is highly recommended). 

In Single rooms: £293.00 (Limited availability. Please book early for single rooms)

In double rooms: £242.00 per person

In multiple-occupancy rooms: £199.00 per person

Package B: Non-residential- 4 Day Pass (including the Gala Evening/Dinner/ GCGI Award Ceremony)

£145.00 per person

Package C: Daily Non-residential Pass (No dinners, No Gala Dinner)

£45.00 per person/per day

(Please also note: Whilst no rooms have private bathrooms, there are plenty of modern shower and bathrooms very conveniently located to each and every room throughout the House.) Moreover, it should be noted that all meals taken at Waterperry House are vegetarian.

Payment of Fees:    

We are please to inform our participants that we now have online registration and payment facilities. 

Bookings and Payment Methods:

Bookings are to be made by correspondence with P Holland. Please note that the office will only be taking credit card payments and any problems, queries or discussion about travel, accommodation or dietary requirements should be referred to the event organiser, Peter Holland, email petermholland36@hotmail.com.

Once a booking has been accepted and the fee agreed payments can be made:

-Online:

By clicking onto the Eventbee site http://LauraCounsell.eventbee.com/event?eid=117833482 and selecting the ticket type you require. There is a £5 premium for this service which will be incorporated into the ticket price shown on the event registration website.

-by Credit Card:

 credit or debit card payments can be made by telephone to the SES office at  Mandeville Place, London (telephone +44(0)20 7034 4000) between 10.30 am and 4.30pm (Local time). For those in different time zones, this window may be extended, but please use this time window if possible.

-by Cheque:
Cheques to be made payable to ‘The School of Economic Science’ and sent for the attention of Mr. Peter Holland, School of Economic Science, 11 Mandeville Place, LondonW1U 3AJ, UK.

Receipts for payments will be available from the SES office. 

Please note: Fees quoted are in Pounds Sterling. Payment must be made at these rates in Pounds Sterling. 

As accommodation, especially single and double rooms are limited in supply and are highly demanded we recommend that you contact the Conference Administrative Secretary, Peter Holland petermholland36@hotmail.com for all enquiries about registration and advanced bookings.

Cancellation Policy:

For cancellation up to 60 days before the start of the event a refund of the total amount paid, less a 10% admin fee.

For cancellation between 59 and 21 days before the event a refund of half the amount paid will be possible, less a 10% admin fee.

For cancellation at 20 days before the event or later there will be no refund.

The Conference Organisers very strongly recommend that all participants obtain appropriate travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.  The School of Economic Science and the GCGI cannot accept responsibility or liability for accidents, illness or loss to participants travelling to and from Waterperry House.
